Makeup Tutorial: Spring Staple

My Dearest Beauties,

Today I come to you with an easy and fun spring make up look. This look will get you glammed up and out the door in no time. Here are the simple steps and effective products I used on my cousin Lorena who kindly volunteered to be my model for this look.
I started with a clean and moisturized face. Moisturized skin interacts better with products and for that I used La Roche-Posay Hydraphase Intense Legere.

With that done I applied a very thin layer of Maybelline Mineral Power Natural Perfection Foundation. I then went on to conceal any blemishes and dark circles using my very favorite Makeup Forever Full Cover concealer. All of the face products were applied and blended with clean fingers.

After that I went on to work on the eyes. I used a light dusting of eye shadow by Estee Lauder in shade Twilight #14. I then went ahead and lined the upper lash line and the inner rims of the eye with a black eyeliner pencil by Dior. I decided to smudge that pencil up to the crease to make it softer and younger.
I then went on and lined the lower lash line and inner corner with Dali eyeliner pencil in the shade Electric Bronze. I gave the lashes a really good curl and applied tons of L’oreal Black Lacquer Mascara.

I finalized the look with a dusting of Chanel Poudre Universelle Compact face powder on the T zone and some blusher by Chanel in the shade 99 Rose Petale.
For lips you can go for a light gloss like the one I applied on Lorena. I used Rouge Dior Crème De Gloss in #255.

But if you are a little more daring you can go for something bright and fun like this beautiful fuchsia shade by Ebel in shade Fucsia Splendide.

Last but not least I sprayed some Mac Fix+. Et voila! There you have it, easy and flattering spring make up.
Makeup is a fun and easy way to change your look from season to season. Give it a try!

Much love,

Samar xox
